The Object of My Affection (1998)

George and Nina seem like the perfect couple. They share a cozy Brooklyn apartment, a taste for tuna casserole dinners, and a devotion to ballroom dancing. They love each other. There’s only one hitch: George is gay. And when Nina announces she’s pregnant, things get especially complicated. Vince – Nina’s overbearing boyfriend and the baby’s father-wants marriage. Nina wants independence. George will do anything for a little unqualified affection, but is he ready to become an unwed surrogate dad?

cast:

Jennifer Aniston as Nina Borowski
Paul Rudd as George Hanson
John Pankow as Vince McBride
Alan Alda as Sidney Miller
Allison Janney as Constance Miller
Tim Daly as Dr. Robert Joley
Nigel Hawthorne as Rodney Fraser

This movie was the one and only movie that I’d watched alone in the theater, fortunately the movie was good, so I don’t feel bored or anything, lol. The story was quite simple, but it happens in every day life, a straight woman falls for a gay guy, ah well πŸ˜€

anyway, have I ever said that Jennifer Aniston is hott? Well, she is. Brad was stupid by divorcing with her πŸ˜›

and here’s a pitcher of shirtless Paul Rudd πŸ˜›

Best quote:

Nina: You don’t tell a woman that you love her and then two days later bring Romeo over to sleep with him.
